SAFETY POLICY

Climate Resolve strives to provide the safest and most comfortable experience for our in-person guests as we transition back into live events. In order to do so, we will be adhering to the following guidelines:

• • All guests must show proof of full vaccination or test negative for COVID-19. (Rapid testing will be provided free of charge onsite for any attendees not fully vaccinated.)
    • The following are acceptable as proof of “full vaccination”:
      • 1) 1) A government issued photo identification and 2) a Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered)
      • OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccination card as a separate document
      • OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device
      • OR documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered)
      • OR verified vaccine passport held on a verified platform

• • Masks will be required for entry inside the La Kretz Innovation Campus to use the restrooms. (Guests who arrive without a mask will be provided with one free of charge upon arrival.)

• • Contactless hand sanitizing stations will be installed throughout our outdoor venue.

• • Spacious and plentiful seating accommodations.

• • Custodial staff will be stationed onsite to help provide a safe and disinfected environment for guests throughout our outdoor venue and restroom facilities, including keeping restrooms stocked with additional soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.

• • Catering will be served individually by a licensed food establishment operating in compliance with the LA County Protocol for Restaurants.

• • Climate Resolve respectfully requires that if you are feeling sick or have been in contact with any known COVID cases in the last 14 days that you do not attend Coolest in LA.
